R2 | kitchen and first floor REMODEL

This remodeling project transformed the entire first floor creating a modern, functional, and elegant space. The kitchen underwent a complete makeover, featuring custom cabinetry designed for maximum storage and appeal. Large island pendants and quartz countertops add a touch of luxury, while new hardwood flooring integrated the rest of the first floor. The removal of an existing staircase allowed for the addition of a walk-in pantry and a more open floor plan. A structural steel beam was incorporated to ensure the integrity and safety of the home following these changes.

The former dining room was converted into a private office retreat. The addition of coffered ceilings enhanced the elegance and character of the space, creating a welcoming environment.
