This project involved a comprehensive expansion and renovation of a residential property, crafted to meet living standards and enhance functionality. We seamlessly integrated a second story into the existing structure, effectively doubling the living space while maintaining architectural harmony. Extensive renovations and additions to the side and rear of the home accommodated new spaces including a cutting-edge kitchen with modern appliances, a practical laundry room, and multiple luxurious bathrooms featuring bespoke fixtures and elegant tile work. Additionally, we created a versatile bonus room and a spacious garage, optimizing both living and storage areas. Outside, a new back porch/patio area was added, providing an inviting outdoor retreat. The highlight of the renovation was the addition of a sumptuous master suite, comprising a spacious bedroom, walk-in closet, and a serene ensuite bathroom designed for comfort and privacy. Our design approach emphasized seamless integration of new elements with the existing structure, ensuring a cohesive and harmonious aesthetic. Despite challenges such as structural complexities, our meticulous project management ensured timely completion.
