R6 | Whole House Remodel & Addition

This 1990 home desperately needed to leave the 20th century behind. The homeowners’ desire was for their home to be a clean, modern, well-functioning space. Every surface was renewed. On the main level, a narrow bathroom was reconfigured to allow for better accessibility. Raising the sunken living room floor eased flow through the home. A linear fireplace, custom cabinetry, and wood ceiling beams define the space. The kitchen was completely reimagined with three styles of custom cabinets forming an inviting and functional layout.

Upstairs, the primary suite was cavernous, choppy, and cold. A new hip-ceiling accentuated with shiplap and oak brought the bedroom to life. The bath was reconfigured with a large walk-in shower, custom double vanity, and a beautiful free-standing tub. Thoughtfully placed details work together to make the space feel cozy, inviting, and serene. Two additional full baths were completely remodeled, including a new elevated dog wash with custom pull-out stairs. A new home gym with rubber flooring and mirrored walls, and an adjacent locker room complete the lower level.
