This full-home renovation on Lake Lochmere blends thoughtful design with fresh beginnings. For newlywed clients starting their life together, we transformed a dated 1989 home into a light-filled, modern retreat perfect for entertaining. Walls and a bulky fireplace were removed to open up the main floor and highlight stunning lake views. New French sliding doors lead to a reimagined deck with glass railings, while inside, the kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces were completely redesigned with custom finishes, warm white oak flooring, and high-performance upgrades. From the custom kitchen and entertainment wall to the walk-out basement bar, every detail was tailored for connection, comfort, and lakeside living.
