R4 | FIRST FLOOR REMODEL

This first-floor remodel transformed the home by adding more than 500 square feet of living space and creating a more functional layout for everyday living. The addition included a larger kitchen, a new sunroom, a butler's pantry, a dedicated laundry room, and a powder room.

The entire first floor was updated with new flooring, a double-sided fireplace, shiplap ceilings, custom column wraps, and reclaimed white oak details, creating a cohesive and welcoming design throughout the home.

The primary suite was also reconfigured to improve functionality. The original bathroom was too small while the closet was larger than needed, so the layout was reversed to create a spacious primary bathroom with a zero-entry shower and a more efficient walk-in closet.
