R7 | WHOLE HOUSE REMODEL

When these lakefront homeowners purchased their double-wide mobile home, there was a wall dividing the kitchen from the dining area. This separation made it difficult for them to interact

with their guests while they were working in the kitchen. To enhance the space, we removed the wall and remodeled the kitchen with beautiful Showplace cabinets. 

Who doesn’t want extra space for guests at a lake house? In the guest bedroom, we installed a wall bed that folds up into a desk, allowing the room to transform into a home office when needed. The owners' bathroom was quite spacious and featured a large bathtub with a tub deck. However, the shower was so small that if they dropped the soap while showering, they had to open the door to pick it up. To improve functionality, we reconfigured the large space into a more practical owners' bathroom, an owners' closet, and a laundry room. These were just a few of the changes made during this whole-house remodel.
