V1 | WHOLE HOUSE REMODEL

This home originally started as a two-room hunting cabin on beautiful Lake Gaston and has undergone several expansions over the years. When we arrived, the homeowners expressed a

need for more space to accommodate their friends and family.

To address this, we added a 1,500-square-foot addition, which includes two bedrooms on the second floor, along with a new bathroom. On the first floor of the new space, we remodeled the

bathroom, and added a hobby room, a laundry area, an entryway, and a garage. The existing kitchen had a beam in the ceiling that separated it from the rest of the space, which we removed to create a more open layout. We then remodeled the kitchen with beautiful Showplace cabinetry, provided by Creations Cabinetry and Design, resulting in a more spacious and organized area. 

Additionally, the existing owners' bathroom on the first floor was remodeled to include a curbless shower stall with a small seat inside.
