Imagine the frustration of purchasing a beautiful lakefront property, only to find the kitchen lacks views of the sparkling waters of Lake Gaston. Our mission was to create a space where the cook could engage with guests while enjoying stunning scenery. We began by removing the wall between the kitchen and family room, allowing natural light to flow in. Elegant porcelain tile was chosen to unify the living area, enhancing the home's sophistication. The kitchen now features

striking white cabinets from Showplace provided by Creations Cabinetry and Design for contrast against the rich Smoky Blue cabinetry of the island, topped with luxurious fantasy brown granite that adds texture and elegance. We repurposed part of the owner's closet by creating an opening from the kitchen and installing a stackable washer and dryer. This redesign has made the appliances more accessible and increased storage space.

As a result, the kitchen's efficiency and organization have greatly improved, creating a more functional environment for cooking and entertaining.
